Not included in production: travel costs. We would need entry to the event and travel covered. Most events let you shoot for free — it is good publicity for them as well.

Questions
Everything you might ask.
What does event podcast production cost?
A full production day at your event is £3,000 for one day and £5,000 for two consecutive days. That covers the crew of four, three 4K cameras, professional lighting, four microphones, the set build and strike, and professional photography. Travel and event entry are excluded and post production is priced separately per deliverable.
What is included in a production day?
Three 4K cameras, professional lighting, four microphones, a podcast set we build and strike on site, professional photography aiming for 250 usable images, on-day host prep, and a four-person crew: Tom, Mike, Sravan and Freddie.
How long does it take to set up the podcast set at an event?
Set up takes about 2.5 hours, recording runs for 6 to 9 hours across the event day, and take down takes about 1 hour.
How much does podcast post production cost?
Long form edits are £125 for 30 minutes or under, £225 for 30 minutes to an hour and £300 for one to two hours. Thumbnails are £50 each. Short form reels are £450 for 10, £629 for 15 and £779 for 20. Episode trailers are £185 each. Every section includes one round of revisions.
Can we keep the raw footage instead of using your editors?
Yes. Within 72 hours of the event we hand over a folder with all the raw footage and the edited photographs, which we hold for 90 days. You can edit it yourself, or we can take on the post production for you.
Where do you film podcasts?
London is home, and we have shot events in Manchester, Helsinki, Barcelona, Texas, Norway and Los Angeles. We travel to events worldwide when travel and event entry are covered.
Do you need permission from the event to film?
Yes — you clear filming with the event and choose the guests. Most events allow it for free because the content is good publicity for them too.
What happens if we have not pre-booked any guests?
We can help you source guests live on the day. At Slush we arrived with zero bookings, found interesting people on site and it worked incredibly well.
